The Story Behind Madcap Adventure
Born and raised in the scenic hills of Panch Pokhari, Sindhupalchok, northeast of Kathmandu, Mr. Waiba spent his childhood surrounded by the beauty of Nepal’s mountains, wildlife, and traditional way of life. These early experiences nurtured his deep connection with nature, adventure, and the Himalayan landscape.
Seeking new opportunities and a new beginning, he moved to Kathmandu, where he started working while continuing his studies. With dedication, hard work, and a lifelong passion for the mountains, he built a successful career in the travel and tourism industry.
With more than 20 years of experience in travel and tourism, Mr. Waiba has gained extensive knowledge of Nepal’s Himalayan destinations, cultures, trekking routes, and adventure activities. Today, he is the proud owner of Madcap Adventure, a Nepal-based travel and tourism company offering memorable journeys throughout the Nepalese Himalayas.
Through Madcap Adventure, Mr. Waiba and his team welcome travelers from around the world and help them discover Nepal’s spectacular mountains, rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and authentic local experiences.
